AECOM Technology Corporation, a multinational environmental consulting firm,  has leased 85,000 square feet at 4840 Cox Road in Henrico.

Virginia Schools of Technology leased 31,500 square feet at 2000 Westmoreland St. in Richmond.

Southside Baptist Ministries leased 26,000 square feet at 3806 Jefferson Davis Highway in Chesterfield.

Dollar Tree Stores leased 10,500 square feet at Hungary Brook Shopping Center at 1236 Concord Ave. in Henrico.

CB Richard Ellis reports Sun American Investments leased 6,100 square feet at 1600-1640 E. Parham Road in Henrico.

Virginia Commonwealth University – Child Care Development leased 3,700 square feet at 3600 W. Broad St. in Richmond.

Bon Secours Virginia Healthsource leased 2,200 square feet at 101 Cowardin Ave. Richmond.

Senator Mark Warner leased 1,900 square feet at 5309 Commonwealth Centre Parkway in Chesterfield.

American General Financial Services, a loan provider, leased 1,600 square feet at 14225 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield.

Commonwealth of Virginia – Department of Psychiatry leased space at 4907 Fitzhugh Ave. in Henrico.

Cuts & Styles Hair Studio leased 1,200 square feet at 5950 Brook Road in Henrico.
