Getting the TARP money then buying or merging with another bank. Therefore the Taxpayer is subsidizing their merger! Union Bank Cancelled a second offering back in November once it got this TARP money! The TARP money was supposed to go to greater Community Lending..not buying other banks..1st Market got TARP money in February 2009. What a scam by the bankers...
