		<description>As a local remodeling contractor I can tell you most businesses in town do not comply 100% with current ADA requirements, especially if they were built more than 20 years ago.  Our company does residential and commercial remodeling and would be happy to provide a free estimate for any necessary upgrades should you need it.</description>

		<description>Although I cannot say that the fees are his only motivation, the ADA requires the party that is non-compliant with the ADA to pay the legal fees of the person claiming lack of access.  Here&#039;s a good article that explains this type of law practice:
