Sounds exciting. Will they serve a superb dessert featuring almond cookies…..biscuits amandes….and with the same grace and enthusiasm displayed during the 1980 Olympic Games? I hope so. With every good wish for the new enterprise.

Bouchon has two meanings one is for top of wine cork and other is traffic jam. Put the two together and you have a bottle neck.

I am very excited about this restaurant opening, i have heard nothing but great thing about the entire place and will be there for the opening for sure! Keep going guys we need this in town.
