Can you imagine what would have happened if the genders of the people were reversed? The NOW would have descended on Startek and blockaded it, all their customers would have quit the company, the managers would all be fired and unemployable and every woman who worked there would be given money and extra paid vacation in some crazy out of court settlement. If anyone doubts there is a double standard, the (many) stories like this prove it exists. WOW! Can you imagine what would have happened if the genders of the people were reversed?
