		<description>The new environmental laws which are programmed to be approved by the legislature will make any such high density project almost impossible to accomplish.  The County proffer system works against the property as well, making workforce housing nearly impossible to finance, even in a good market much less the one we find ourselves today.. The Cheathams have tried to work with the County but they are literally caught between a rock (Route 288) and a hard place (BranderMill Marketplace).</description>
