I think Echo Harbour development should have as many stories as the developers want! I am a Church Hill resident who lives on Libby Hill who is sick and tired of the evil that many of my neighbors posess. They do not understand free enterprise or how dull cities become great cities. If these people who are opposed are so concerned that the view will be obstructed, then they should buy one of the units or buy the property from the developers to preserve it.

Got news for ya, Tatnall -- a master plan is not law. It is a series of suggestions. Nothing more. The city can still look at the plan, look at no-growthers like you and decide to let Echo Harbour have 12 stories.

Mr. Harris,

Who are these "Community Groups" that oppose this plan? From what I've seen, it's the Church Hill Association, CORD, ACORN and Together We Stand. Guess what? They are all run by Church Hill Residents. Calling Rick Tatnall a "founder of Together We Stand" paints a much different picture than calling him Rick Tatnall, Church Hill Resident.

One question: If I get 25 area residents that support this plan to form 25 Community Groups, are there really 25 groups that support it?
