I am a Church Hill resident who lives on Libby Hill who is sick and tired of the evil that many of my neighbors posess. They do not understand free enterprise or how dull cities become great cities. If these people who are opposed are so concerned that the view will be obstructed, then they should buy one of the units or buy the property from the developers to preserve it. I think Echo Harbour development should have as many stories as the developers want!
