The golf club is close enough to the Short Pump area (10-15 minutes) to draw on that population plus the Staples Mill Road corridor will also continue to grow east of the club in Henrico County with the construction of a new, modern high school. From a real estate perspective those three little words say it all. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
