The Benjamin Moore Virginia Paint and Design Center is moving—about a mile down the street.

The paint store currently located at West Broad and Roseneath streets will more than double its space to 16,250 square feet when it relocates to 4307 W. Broad St. in December. The new location has been vacant for years and was previously a Salvation Army thrift store.

Dominion Construction Partners is currently completing a $350,000 interior renovation of the property according to city permit data. Roofing, electrical, and utility permits have also been filed.

Benjamin Moore’s current location at 3321 W. Broad St. is listed for sale or lease by Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates.

That property is  listed on Loopnet.com and packaged along with two other pacels for a sale price of $1.895 million.
