Merit Medical Systems, Inc., a medical supply manufacturer based in Utah, leased 33,700 square feet at 801 Liberty Way in Chesterfield.

Batzli Wood & Stiles P.C., a family law practice,  leased 11,900 square feet at 3957 Westerre Parkway in Henrico.

McLeod Belting Company, Inc. leased 4,700 square feet at 7361-7491 Whitepine Road in Henrico.

JS Technologies, Inc., a maker of debt collection software, leased 5,300 square feet at Moorefield III 804 Moorefield Park Drive in Chesterfield.

Advance Stores Company, Inc., parent of Advance Auto Parts, leased 2,500 square feet at Vantage Place, Innsbrook Corporate Center, 4329 Cox Road in Henrico

All Star Styles, LLC  leased 2,000 square feet at 4752 Finlay Street in Henrico

County of Chesterfield, Police Department, Special Investigation Division  leased 1,914 square feet at Cloverleaf Office Park, 308 Turner Road in Chesterfield.

Cravens & Noll, PC, a family and criminal law practice, leased 1,400 square feet at Innsbrook Centre, Innsbrook Corporate Center, 4551 Cox Road in Henrico.

Change That Works, an organizing group run by the SEIU, leased 1,450 square feet at 2104 E. Main Street in Richmond.

Salon-Bliss, LLC leased 1,200 square feet at City View Drive in Chesterfield.

Classic Nails  leased 1,200 square feet at Downtown Short Pump IceZone Retail Shops at 4330 Pouncey Tract Road in Henrico.

Zero’s Sports Grille  leased 1,200 square feet at 13824 Village Place Drive in Chesterfield.
