ARC Granite & Marble leased 15,000 square feet at 10411 Leadbetter Road in Hanover.

Thalhimer reports the following deals:

MDW Holdings LLC purchased the 2,650 square feet retail building at 7300 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield from Doublee Resource Group LLC for $460,000. The property will be the headquarters for CareMed.

Batzli Wood & Stiles, a family law practice, leased 11,900 square feet in Westerre II, 3957 Westerre Parkway in Henrico.

Fitness Resource, a seller of home gym equipment, leased 4,200 square feet at 9462 W. Broad St, formerly Hollywood Video space, in Henrico.

Concierge Professional Services, Inc. leased 3,200 square feet at 7605 W. Broad St. in Henrico to operate a U-Haul rental store

Addison Elwood Consulting, a government lobbying firm, leased 2,550 square feet at 823 E. Main St. Richmond.

CB Richard Ellis reports the following deals:

Bell Industries, Inc., technology firm, leased 15,350 square feet at 9211 Arboretum Parkway in Chesterfield.

FedEx/Kinkos leased 4,950 square feet at 1111 E. Main St.

McNeary, Inc. leased 3,350 square feet at 5540 Falmouth St. in Henrico.
