		<description>Until we reform the tort system, any health &quot;savings&quot; will simply continue to go into the pockets of attorneys and be frittered away in defensive doctoring.  As for insurance companies getting their &quot;cut&quot; of the profits, I guess you could say the same about doctors, hospitals, drug companies and everyone else involved in the delivery of goods and services in a capitalist society.  That&#039;s what makes the system go.  I do think that insurance companies have too much influence in the system; doctors and patients should have more say.</description>
