		<description>If you&#039;re going to fight Walmart you better have deep pockets and a compelling arguement.Otherwise accept the inevitable.Truth be told Powhatan is a good candidate for a Walmart and yes there will be victims but it won&#039;t be total destruction.Regardless of how you fell about Walmart,the real course is to begin adapting to it to survive not to fight an unwinable battle.I personally hate Walmart mostly for it&#039;s business practices and don&#039;t shop there but I&#039;m not going to fight a battleship with a row boat either.No Walmart would mostly mean money going into Chesterfield.At least with the Walmart the taxes will stay in that county.</description>
