KBAS LLC purchased the 29,000-square-foot former Books-A-Million building at 9131 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield from Pacific Realty Associates LP for $1.55 million.

the Commonwealth of Virginia leased 3,750 square feet at 3100 W. Marshall Street in Richmond.

Kevin Griffis Motor Sports leased 1,500 square feet at 11034 Air Park Drive in Hanover.

CB Richard Ellis reports the following deals:

Verizon Virginia, Inc. leased 45,800 square feet at 8751 Park Central Dr. in Henrico.






Eagle Fire leased 17,750 square feet at 7445-7471 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield.

Chesterfield Employment Services leased 14,500 square feet at 7421-7441 Whitepine
Road and 7321-7325 Whitepine Rd in Chesterfield.

Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. leased 11,600 square feet at 9711 Ferrar Court in
Chesterfield.

Continental Casualty Company leased 7,100 square feet at 3957 Westerre Pkwy in
Henrico.

Liberty reports the following deals:

Merge Computer Group Inc. leased 2,800 square feet of office space at 4801 Cox Road in Henrico.

Taylor Long Properties reports the following deals:

Snow Nails leased 1,360 square feet of space in the Brook Road Shopping Center in Richmond.

Atlantic Tanning leased 2,400 square feet of space at the Genito Crossing Shopping Center in Chesterfield.

Napier Salon, LLC leased 900 square feet of space at Gaskins Place, 1125 Gaskins Road in Henrico.

Commonwealth Commercial reports the following deal:

Coplon’s leased 16,250 square feet at 3142 W. Cary Street in Richmond.
