Mechanicsville company to liquidate

A Mechanicsville distribution company has filed for Chapter 7 Liquidation.
Izalco Distribution, which lists an address of 85805 Bell Creek Road, estimates liabilities of $143,000, according to the bankruptcy filing. (You can see it here.)
The CEO is Nestor Javier Pereira. BizSense was unable to reach Pereira or his lawyer.
Izalco reported revenue of $1.3 million so far this year. Net income was $20,303.
