Regency Square Mall will add three retailers this year.
First is Charming Charlie, a Houston-based chain that sells fashion accessories, where the merchandise is organized by color instead of by category. The store will open in March.
The other two are eateries. The first to open will be Richmond’s own Bill’s Barbeque, which is coming in April.
Wings-Pizza-N-Things will open later this year. The chain has locations in Chester and several states.
