The plaintiff is the president and chief executive officer of Comp Recovery, f/k/a Return to Work Services, a firm he founded in 1992.  The company advises medical professionals on recovering money owed through the Worker’s Compensation System.  The defendants are directors of the firm and the plaintiff alleges that they reduced his salary and compensation and attempted to force the plaintiff out of the company.  The lawsuit is seeking a declaratory judgment invalidating new by-laws, reduction of salary and violations of the shareholders agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty, with a judgment of $100,000; judicial dissolution and order of liquidation; and conspiracy to injure in trade of business, with a judgment of $2,064,000.

if you lose control of a car and it car and it careenes out of control and hits a jersey wall do you sue the car manufacturer or rental company? When are these people going to get a life and take responsibility for their OWN actions??
