Thalhimer expands again

Locthalhimernewally-based real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is expanding for the second time this year, opening a new office in Raleigh.

The firm established an office in Charlotte this year, its first foray across state lines.  The newest addition brings the firm’s number of locations to eight.

The new office has two associates with plans to add more in the future.

President and CEO Paul Silver said in January that the firm had been looking to expand into North Carolina for a long while.
