Joshua Heslinga joined the Virginia office of the attorney general as assistant attorney general in the technology and procurement section. He was previously at Troutman Sanders.

Devon C. Rohr joined Big River as a designer. Rohr formerly worked at Shades of Light and attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Finance

Myra Rothfeld joined Genworth Financial as chief marketing officer. Most recently, she worked at Citibank as a marketing executive. She has an MBA from New York University and attended Cornell University as an undergraduate.

Harmony Mann joined Shockoe Commerce Group as a sales representative for YOGAaccessories. Mann attended Longwood University.

Anna Carta joined Shockoe Commerce Group as a sales representative for YOGAaccessories. She attended James Madison University.

Katie Frazier joined the Alliance Group as vice president of government relations. She attended Virginia Tech.

Mandy Faber joined Titan Group as a client services coordinator. Faber attended Christopher Newport University.

Food service

Randy Dorn joined Ellwood Thompson’s as garden manager. Dorn was most recently with Lancaster Foods.

Michael Grayson will join Ellwood Thompson’s as executive chef effective Sept. 16. Grayson previously worked as the executive chef with the Westwood Club and Bull and Bear Club.

Associations

Brandon Bruce has been named vice president of special events for the American Marketing Association. Bruce is president of Groovin’ Gourmets.

Joy Eades has been named director for the American Marketing Association. Eades is a senior specialist for Altria Consumer Engagement Services.
