Chris Fultz has left SMBW Architects. Fultz was with the firm for 15 years. He recently started his own firm, Fultz Architects. He has a master’s from the University of Virginia and attended the University of Texas at Arlington as an undergraduate.
Hires/promotions
Law
Richard Warren was promoted to counsel at Hunton & Williams. Warren joined the firm in 2007 and represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He attended law school at the University of Toronto and the University of Virginia for his LLM and attended McMaster University as an undergraduate.
Architecture
Caroline Garrett joined Evolve Architecture as an interior designer. She was most recently with OTJ Architects. Garrett attended the Savannah College of Arts and Design.

Allison Williams joined Big River as a copywriter. Williams most recently worked for Madison + Main. She attended the University of Georgia.
Health care
Gene Wilson has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Coleman Institute. Wilson attended Purdue University.
Associations
Jason P. Livingston was promoted to assistant general counsel for United Network for Organ Sharing. He has served as the assistant director for contracts administration for UNOS since 2003. Livingston attended law school at the University of Richmond and attended Virginia Tech as an undergraduate.
