Charlene A. Harris v. The State Fair of Virginia Inc.
On or about Sept. 28, 2010, plaintiff says she was preparing to leave the State Fair in Caroline County and walking on the sidewalk alongside the parking lot. Plaintiff says the sidewalk and parking lot were paved with the same black asphalt, although the sidewalk was elevated. Plaintiff says she was injured when she fell from the sidewalk and seeks judgment in principal sum of $500,000.
