On or about Sept. 6, 2010, plaintiff says she was loaded on the Whitewater Canyon and cleared by defendant Doe, who made ride inspections of lap belts and called for the ride to start. While on the raft on Whitewater Canyon, plaintiff says her lap belt came unlatched, and she was thrown across the raft and struck her head. Plaintiff alleges negligent actions and omissions and seeks judgment in principal sum of $75,000.
