John Neal was elected as the Virginia designee to the board of directors for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Neal is the president of Union First Market Bank.
Gary Richardson joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as the federal reserve system historian. Richardson will collaborate with experts at the Federal Reserve and other organizations to identify and preserve the Fed’s historical materials.
Jonathan Bowden joined the Covington Company as a brokerage associate and leasing representative. Bowden specializes in commercial retail brokerage, and he previously worked with Divaris Real Estate.
Kreela Moore and Philip Thorpe joined Networking Technologies and Support as deskside support specialists.
Teri Lovelace joined Virginia Community Capital as the corporate development manager. Lovelace will be responsible for developing and overseeing all grant and foundation relationships.

Jamille A. Jackson has been promoted to counsel. Jackson joined the firm in August 2010 and has assisted with all aspects of the claims review process.
Shane M. Jenkins has been promoted to counsel. Since joining the firm in early 2012, Jenkins has been involved in the administration of multiple settlement agreements.
Stephen B. Moncrieffe has been promoted to counsel. He joined the firm in 2010 and performed quality control measures on high-priority claims for a claims evaluation program.
William B. Cable has been promoted to senior analyst. After joining the firm in 2010, Cable supervised a team in charge of communication and assessed eligibility components of business claims in a mass claims evaluation program.
Kristen McCutchen joined the Barber Martin Agency as a media buyer. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and previously worked with the Martin Agency and S&K.
JP LaFors joined Free Agents Marketing as the chief operating officer. LaFors previously worked at Gyro and the Martin Agency.

Jane Milici is the Richmond office’s new business development manager. Milici has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Hartford and a master of fine arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Todd Bagwell joined the company as senior estimator. Bagwell has led estimating efforts on projects totaling more than $1 billion a year and has experience in the private, federal government and health-care construction industries.
Michael Hayes has joined Phil’s Continental Lounge as executive chef. Hayes has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
