Plaintiff says that on or about Jan. 27, 2011, defendant entered into a 5-year contract with plaintiff for maintenance of elevators at defendant’s hotel at 2000 Staples Mill Road. Plaintiff says contract was canceled without cause in October 2011, and seeks judgment in principal sum of $37,839.75, which includes monthly payments due and $4,689.75 in outstanding maintenance invoices.
