Plaintiff says defendant was in business of purchasing distressed real estate and while she was engaged in a personal relationship with Barnes she lent him $210,400. When the relationship deteriorated, she demanded the entire amount due, but says defendant has repaid only $65,000. Plaintiff seeks judgment in principal sum of $145,400.
