Barden, 54, is currently the managing director of Morrison Grove Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory and investment company. He previously worked for the former First Union Capital Markets Group, Signet Bank and Crestar Bank. Barden holds a BS in commerce from UVA and an MBA from VCU.
Dynex Capital (DX)
Effective as of the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2013 Annual Meeting”) of Dynex Capital, Inc. (the “Company”), director Daniel K. Osborne’s term as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors concluded. As previously reported, Mr. Osborne decided not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the 2013 Annual Meeting.

The parent of EVB said it extended the expiration date for its $5 million rights offering to its existing shareholders to June 28 at 5 p.m. It had been scheduled to expire on June 14. The extension was due to a high level of interest and to allow shareholders time to complete and return documents.

Robert Peebles, the company’s controller, sold 1,799 shares at $58.65 per share for a total of $105,000.
