Plaintiff says she went to the Glen Allen office for regularly scheduled allergy shots, and that a nurse began administering the shots while she was standing without first reading instructions from her allergist. Plaintiff says one or more shots contained a more concentrated solution than appropriate, causing her to lose consciousness, fall to the floor and strike her head. Plaintiff says she suffered extensive permanent injuries and seeks judgment in principal sum of $3 million.

Plaintiff says he was advised to ice and rest. The next day, plaintiff says his wife drove him to the emergency room, where imaging revealed he had a large subdural hematoma, causing a severe and permanent brain injury. Plaintiff alleges negligence and seeks judgment in principal sum of $5 million.
