(including its satellites KDLO in Florence, S.D. and KPLO in Reliance, S.D.); KCLO in Rapid City, S.D.; and WSPA-TV in Spartanburg, S.C.

President and CEO Craig Smith sold 33,000 shares at $34.38 per share for a total sale of $1.13 million.

The company amended its credit agreement with Wells Fargo that, among other provision, will increase its revolving credit line from $350 million to $450 million and provide flexibility on financial requirements while it works acquisitions. The company has two pending acquisitions.

Universal Corp. (UVV)
The tobacco company released a statement after its stock price suddenly dropped last week and hit its lowest point in a year. “We note the recent activity in the company’s common stock during this week. Subsequent to the release of our quarterly earnings last month, we have not issued any release, and we are not aware of any other such release that would have resulted in this week’s unusual activity in our common stock.” The stock closed Wednesday at $45.80 per share.
