Plaintiff alleges breach of contract and conspiracy to maliciously and intentionally harm plaintiff’s business and seeks compensatory damages of $750,000 and punitive damages of $350,000.

When plaintiff went to get it, he says he was directed to the back of the shop where he was set upon by a large dog. When he began retreating, plaintiff says he lost his balance and fell backwards to the floor, causing serious injuries. Plaintiff seeks judgment in principal sum of $396,214.
