Richmond, Virginia — April 10, 2015 – Richmond based INARAY Outdoor Lighting recently received the 2015 Lighting Award for Best Holiday Lighting from the Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals (AOLP). The award was presented in February at the AOLP Annual Conference & Expo in San Antonio, Texas.
Richmond is well known for the Holiday Lighting Tours, and INARAY is a leader in outdoor holiday lighting design. This year was the first year the Best Holiday Lighting was presented. The award is selected by peer members of the Association from entries submitted from all over the country.
INARAY lighting designer Scott Moberly was the designer for the award winning project at the Kody residence in Richmond. Moberly says, that winning the award “was a distinct honor. It’s inspiring for your work to be recognized by fellow industry experts.”
The Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals is an international organization representing the interests of lighting professionals. Members consist of contractors, manufacturers, lighting designers, landscape architects and distributors from all over the U.S. and Canada. Established in 2001 the mission of the organization is to establish standards, educate industry professionals and increase awareness of the outdoor lighting industry.
