Amidst talks of Starbucks stores closing nationwide, it appears Richmond will be adding to its collection of java huts.

Starbucks Corporation has leased 3,170 sf at 5320 Oaklawn Boulevard in Hopewell. The property is located in The Crossings.
Thalhimer reports the following:

DelSol Properties, LLC has purchased 6.49 acres at 520 and 600 Dry Bridge Road in Chesterfield. The site is located near the newly developed Watkins Centre, set to open this August at the interchange of Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike. The land was purchased for $150,000 from Mary Dudley Durrette. DelSol plans to use the site for “future development.”

Hostmann-Steinberg, Inc.
has leased 4,200 sf at 2026-A Dabney Road in Richmond. The property is located in the Dabney Corporate Center.

Hostmann-Steinberg is a member of the hubergroup, manufacturers of printing inks, overprint varnishes, coatings and additives for Sheetfed printers, Flexography printers, Web Heatset, Web Coldset and other lithographic and Flexographic printing processes.

The company has headquarters in both Canada and the U.S., and has 26 branch operations scattered across North America. This acquisition is an expansion to the current Richmond office, which is located at 2026-B Dabney Road.

Morris Tile Distributors of Richmond, Inc.
has leased 4,000 sf at 3301 Rosedale Avenue in Richmond.

The company specializes in the distribution of domestic and imported ceramic tile, natural stone, and Allied products. Founded in 1953, Morris Tile Distributors currently has two offices in Virginia; one at 2280 Dabney Road in Richmond, and one in Roanoke.

The company has offices all over the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. It was founded in 1983. This property will serve as home to the Richmond branch, one of two local branches in Virginia. The other is located in Roanoke.
