Amidst talks of Starbucks stores closing nationwide, it appears Richmond will be adding to its collection of java huts.
Starbucks Corporationhas leased 3,170 sf at 5320 Oaklawn Boulevard in Hopewell. The property is located in The Crossings. Thalhimer reports the following:
DelSol Properties, LLC has purchased 6.49 acres at 520 and 600 Dry Bridge Road in Chesterfield. The site is located near the newly developed Watkins Centre, set to open this August at the interchange of Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike. The land was purchased for $150,000 from Mary Dudley Durrette. DelSol plans to use the site for “future development.”
Hostmann-Steinberg, Inc. has leased 4,200 sf at 2026-A Dabney Road in Richmond. The property is located in the Dabney Corporate Center.
Hostmann-Steinberg is a member of the hubergroup, manufacturers of printing inks, overprint varnishes, coatings and additives for Sheetfed printers, Flexography printers, Web Heatset, Web Coldset and other lithographic and Flexographic printing processes.
